Steve from WilmerWoodWorks originally went down the rabbit hole of overengineering (think trapezoids and sheet-munching funnels), but thankfully came back with this clean, efficient build. It only takes 1.5 to 2 sheets of 1/8″ plywood, and includes engraved seasonal elements like pumpkins—perfect for Halloween decor or a year-round treat station.

You’ll design three nested boxes, laser-cut layered wheels, and use LightBurn tools like boolean welds, score-marked living hinges, and alignment guides. It’s a laser-ready design tested on multiple machines like Glowforge, xTool, and the Creality Falcon 2.

Whether you’re building this for trick-or-treaters or just trying to keep your peanut M&Ms from the rest of the family—this one’s a guaranteed hit.
